How do I register a team?
You can register by booking on the website once the event becomes available.
1. I don't have a Pink Ladies Games account yet: No problem! You can register here on the Pink Ladies Games website. Once you've registered, you will automatically receive your account details in your email inbox. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
As soon as you're registered, you're automatically logged in and can proceed to step 2.
If you have participated in previous years, you can log in to the Pink Ladies Games website using your existing account.
2. I already have a Pink Ladies Games account: If you're logged in, click on "My Account" (top right of the page), then select "Web Shop."
In the shop, first, choose the event you want to participate in. Once selected, pick your preferred package and click on the shopping cart icon. After selecting your team(s), proceed to checkout by clicking "Order Now" or going to your cart.
You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Once the payment is processed, your team is officially registered!
How many people does a team consist of?
A team consists of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 people. For example, suppose you want 10 people to participate, then you register 2 teams of 5 people.
How many teams can I enter?
There is no limit on the number of teams you can register. Is it really about an astronomically high number? Just contact us at info@pinkladiesgames.com, and we'll work with you to choose the event that suits you best.
From what age can you participate?
The Pink Ladies Games is a unique experience designed for women aged 16 and above, organized by Hercules Project. You can participate with friends or even with colleagues as a team-building activity.
Can everyone in the company order a team?
Only the designated contact person for a company or organization is authorized to register a team. Are you unsure who your contact person is, or is your contact person no longer active within your company or organization? Email us at info@pinkladiesgames.com, and we will solve the problem for you right away!
How does the payment process work?
You can pay online via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Maestro, PayPal or by bank transfer (only for companies and organizations).
I'm experiencing payment issues, how can I resolve them?
Didn't manage to pay with your PayPal account, credit card, or any other method? No problem! Just send us an email at info@pinkladiesgames.be, and we'll contact you promptly with a solution.
What is the deadline to register?
You can register up to one week before the event. However, it is best to register as early as possible! This not only allows you to adjust your team profile in time and prepare yourself well, but also guarantees you a lower price and so you are immediately sure of your seats. First come, first served!

How can I change my team profile?
Go to "My Account" on the website. Select "My Team" and log in. Then, click on "Edit Your Team" in the top left corner. Make your changes and don't forget to click "Save". All done!
How do I change a player in my team?
To add or remove players, follow the same steps as you would to edit your team profile. Once you're on the "Edit My Team!" page, scroll to the very bottom. There, you’ll see the current players, the invited players, and you can invite new players by entering their email address and sending the invitation. Once they confirm their invitation, they will be added to your team.
I can't edit my team after logging in. What's happening?
This likely means you have two accounts registered. In this case, only one account is linked to your team. Check your inbox to find which email address is associated with your team. If you can’t find it, email us at info@pinkladiesgames.com, and we’ll fix it for you!
How do I edit my personal profile?
Go to "My Account" on the Pink Ladies Games website. Then, click on "My Profile" and log in. You’ll be taken directly to your personal profile, where you can make any changes. Be sure to click "Save" when you're done!

Hoe bonuspunten verdienen?
Als je team vóór het verstrijken van de deadline (ongeveer een week voor het evenement zelf) 100% compleet is, dan heb je meteen 5 bonuspunten op zak en heb je direct een handige voorsprong. Speel je voor de eerste plaats? Dan laat je de pre-event bonus best niet links liggen.
Wat is 100% compleet? Als je een slogan, teamfoto, joker, teamsong, bio, teamspelers en een kapitein hebt ingevuld! Daarnaast zet je nog het goed doel naar jouw keuze in de spotlight. Laat je creativiteit de vrije loop en bekijk gerust eens andere teams voor inspiratie.
Wat is de joker?
De joker zet je in op die ene battle die je team het best kan. Je krijgt immers meer bonuspunten, naarmate je beter presteert op die battle. Kies hem voor de deadline, want daarna is het te laat!
Hoe mijn teampagina delen op sociale media?
Niet moeilijk, even de link (=URL) bovenaan kopiëren van je teampagina en die plakken in je berichtje.
